The History of Gottschalk Realty

Gottschalk Realty was established  in January of 1972 by Robert and Elaine Gottschalk. In 1974 Steve Gottschalk joined the family business and in 1978 Gottschalk Realty was incorporated. After 20 years of service,  Robert and Elaine retired in 1992.  

Steve is a full time owner/broker and licensed appraiser.   In its history Gottschalk Realty, Inc has seen many changes in the real estate business.   Gottschalk Realty welcomed Susan Morris as our new sales associate in August of 2004.  Gwen Hornstein joined the sales staff in March 2007.

We feel that being in the real estate business requires ENTHUSIASM and SERVICE. Staying on top of the market is important. But most of all, we believe CUSTOMER SERVICE is the number one part of our job. We service the Fulton County area to give our clients the best experience we can.
